Judging by this showcase, the Nintendo Switch will be boasting some serious indie credentials by the end of 2017.
17 games are shown and discussed during this video, most of them having not previously been confirmed for Switch:
- SteamWorld Dig 2
- Overcooked: Special Edition
- The Escapists 2
- Kingdom: Two Crowns
- Runner 3
- Blaster Master Zero
- Flipping Death
- Graceful Explosion Machine
- Mr. Shifty
- Shakedown Hawaii
- Pocket Rumble
- Stardew Valley (now with multiplayer)
Many of these games will launch first on Switch, feature console-exclusive multiplayer options (although Stardew Valley’s multiplayer will probably eventually make it to other consoles), or will support the HD rumble features of the Joy Con.
The full video gets into detail about what these games will entail. It’s a strong line-up.
The Nintendo Switch launches this week on March 3.
